You Do Not Need More Information on Wellbeing and Health. What You Need Is Self Awareness and Ability To Trust Yourself.

If you find yourself always looking for that one last thing that is going to change your wellbeing, this is for you.

The reason why you keep researching and reading in stead of actually making changes, is the lack of trust on the knowledge that you already hold within. You may already know what you need to do but deep within you do not feel “ready” to actually commit to the knowledge you carry. Why is this? Because the next step feels too overwhelming for your nervous system, meaning you do not have the capacity it takes to face what it brings.

You can only commit to your intentions By getting fully behind your mission and meeting the parts of your being that resist the change you want to make. We all have different parts of our being - some support the change, some bring in fear, worry and doubt. If the fearful, doubting part of you is on the drivers seat of your life. Making changes feels challenging and before you know it, this part has stopped you before you even began.

The reason why you keep outsourcing your wisdom is the lack of connection you have with your body. Because without self awareness and body connection, you do not get to the root cause of your behaviour. You give up thinking there is something wrong with you, while in reality, you just never learned to listen to these parts that worry and doubt. The message they bring might not be true any longer but they keep showing up until you stop and listen.

The more you turn towards your inner experience and truth, the more you learn about yourself and what works for you. The more you feel into what feels good to you, the more you learn to trust it and follow it. And when you allow space for the fear, worry and doubt to surface too, you can work with these states and not let them run the show. But it requires you to be able to feel them, meaning you need to grow your capacity to feel these emotions.

The more you turn towards yourself and connect with your body, the more you can trust yourself to lead. Because deep within you, you have this beautiful world of wisdom that is unique to you. Wisdom that supports your wellbeing and guides you where you’re meant to go. The intuitive knowledge that tells you which opportunities, relationships or challenges are a big YES in your body.
