How to trust your inner guidance?

There is so much noise around us. What you should do or how you should be, how you should act or react.

What’s acceptable,

what looks good to others,

what is considered as the right way to live a “good life”,

what we are “meant” to do with our time.

Sometimes the external noise can get too loud and unconsciously start affecting our actions. Little by little you may start listening more to the outside guidance and making choices according to the external expectations.

External guidance can show up as others opinions, expectations, needs and values influencing your choices and actions.

How to notice if your precious connection to your innate wisdom needs some strengthening:

  •  You may find yourself thinking more what you should do or what is the “acceptable” way to live.

  •  You may consider more what is expected from you than do what really makes you feel alive.

  •  You may start second guessing your decisions and end up in a never ending mind chatter over your choices.

When all the noise from the outside gets too loud and your mind is too busy, there’s only one thing left to do - DESCEND BACK INTO THE BODY BY:

  • ️ Pausing to hold space for your internal wisdom and allow it to come back alive again.

  • ️ Quieting the mind and letting the energy descend down to the body.

  • ️ Renewing your connection with your body through breath, sound and movement. Observing your breath and being present for any sensations and emotions in the body.

  • ️ Awakening your intuition with movement, writing, creating art, pulling some cards, yoga, dance, music, meditation - in anyway that allows you to be fully present and tap into your true inner essence - to feel your core energy.

Being in the body allows you to renew that core connection with yourself so that you can be guided again from your internal wisdom.
